The Food
Stan Hays of Operation BBQ Relief is rolling into town with a full-on fleet of smoking hot mobile cookers ready to fire up a mouthwatering feast. Dinner will be cooked and served on-site and in partnership with Pitmaster Amanda Riggans of Hungry Heroes.

Menu items include Certified Angus Beef pulled beef sliders, Mountaire smoked chicken thigh sliders, Prairie Fresh pork ribs, Cole Slaw, and Mexican Street Corn + Beer, Wine, and Cocktails available for purchase.
The Boil
Join us for a Live Crawfish Boil, featuring fresh and spicy crawfish shipped from Louisiana, cooked by the Master of 'Cue Erica Roby. Erica is a nationally recognized barbecue pitmaster, a certified sommelier, and the winner of Food Network’s BBQ Brawl season 2. Don’t miss this chance to enjoy some authentic Cajun cuisine and learn some tips and tricks from Erica herself.

Bringing people together through an annual festival that showcases the traditions of Carolina’s whole hog, varying cooking styles, and diverse community.
