Welcome to Brisket + Biscuits: The BBQ Brunch a part of the Carolina BBQ Festival Series, presented in partnership with Savor Charlotte. This is your chance to spend a Saturday afternoon tasting brunch inspired BBQ creations from an all-star lineup of pitmasters and chefs, built around collaboration and Carolina tradition.
Your $35 ticket includes tastings from our pitmasters and chefs across 6 total stations. Many of the chefs and pitmasters are pairing up to create exclusive dishes that you won’t find anywhere else. Expect creative takes that bring together BBQ craft and brunch comfort in one unforgettable lineup.
