Erica Roby is one of the country’s leading female pitmasters, an award-winning artist in the field of barbecue. However, being an acclaimed pitmaster is only one of her many accomplishments: Erica is also an attorney, a level-2 Certified Sommelier, United States Navy wife, and a mother.

Not only does our farm improve the water quality; it provides tons of habitats for small juvenile fish, removes carbon, and it's 100% sustainable protein.

In the beginning - 1985, ONE man, ONE tractor, ONE vision, of creating a legacy for his family. Through trial and error, David created a 50 acre pond and started shipping Live Crawfish out of state, on ONE carrier, to ONE college buddy whom sold to ONE customer in Virginia.
Since day one, we’ve been working tirelessly to grow the highest quality oyster possible for the half-shell market. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, yet remain committed to preserving the local estuaries and waterways on the NC coast.
